Description
Operation Principle: The Rotary Pneumatic Cylinder operates by converting the linear force of compressed air into rotational motion. It uses a piston inside the cylinder that is connected to a shaft. When compressed air enters the cylinder, it moves the piston, which rotates the shaft to produce rotary motion. The cylinder can rotate through a specified range of angles, typically 90?, 180?, or 270?
Working Pressure: 1.5 to 8.5 bar
Size Range: Bore sizes range from 10 mm to 200 mm, with adjustable angle screw options. Available with various rotational angle range
Body Material: Aluminum , Stainless steel
Seal Material: NBR (Nitrile Rubber), FKM (Viton), PTFE (for high-temperature applications)
Working Fluid: Compressed air, filtered and lubricated
Position Sensing: Available with integrated sensors for position detection (e.g., reed switches, inductive sensors)
