Actuators

Rotary Pneumatic Actuator with Switch Box Option

Description

Operation Principle: The actuator is used to control the on/off position of ball valves, 3-way valves, and butterfly valves. The rotary motion (typically 90?) is used to either open or close the valve, controlling the flow of fluids (liquid or gas) in pipelines. The switch box option provides feedback to the control system, indicating whether the valve is in the open or closed position.

On/Off Valve Actuation: Controls the on/off functionality of valves for liquid, gas, or steam systems in pipelines, tanks, and reactors.
Working Pressure: 1.5 to 8.5 bar

Size Range: Bore sizes range from 32 mm to 200 mm, with output shaft torque ranging from 10 Nm to 1000 Nm or higher depending on the application.

Body Material: Aluminum

Working Fluid: Compressed air, filtered and lubricated
